Job Summary
This is a full time permanent position in the Downriver Michigan Area. This is an entry level position requiring 6 months or more experience or equivalent training in Maintenance general construction or related projects. The Maintenance Technician will be part of a team of Maintenance Technicians reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor with support from outside contractors and specialists.
The Maintenance Technician will have a variety of responsibilities which vary daily. Training will be provided where needed but candidates should have some experience training or schooling in any of the following:

- Repair removal and installation of flooring such as wood carpet and Linoleum.
- Repair removal and installation of appliances.
- Drywall door and window repair or replacement.
- Landscaping and operation related equipment.
- Exposure to electrical plumbing carpentry and HVAC projects is a plus.
