Planning of High and Medium Voltage Distribution Networks

Within its electricity transmission and distribution activity (the EDP Networks Platform) it currently manages operations in Portugal Spain and Brazil

HV and MV Network Studies department is looking for aPlanning of High and Medium Voltage Distribution Networks

What you will do:

• Analysis of the High and Medium Voltage electrical distribution network with a view to efficient development and guaranteeing security of supply.
• Designing improvements to the HV and MV network in conjunction with other areas of the company and ensuring their technical and economic justification.
• Drawing up studies to support investments in the HV and MV networks implementing the business strategy.

What are we looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering - Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with contact with energy networks and systems being desirable.
• Experience with DPlan SIT/Gridview SAP-JUMP tools preferred.
• Knowledge of calculation and analytical tools (Office PowerBI) valued
• Up to 6 years experience in similar functions
• Autonomy in carrying out studies.
• Close collaboration with other organizational units particularly those that characterize the needs or that will carry out the works.
• Focus on managing investment projects that generate value.
