About the role

We are seeking a Sports Account Manager. This role focuses on delivering accurate information escalating issues when needed collaborating with internal teams managing system settings reporting incidents providing feedback to management and supporting basic risk management to optimize the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customerson open issues and requests
• Providing prompt resolutions to customers inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
• Escalating customers complaints through the appropriate internal channels
• Handling assigned tasks from initial request through follow-up ensuring accurate and timely completion
• Managing the settings system and reporting any incident information
• Collaborating with the departments within the company to fulfill clients requests and needs
• Providing feedback to management concerning potential problems or areas of improvement
• Performing basic risk management
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support client services or a similar customer-facing role
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries issues and complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
