Job Summary:

To use leadership and administrative skills to improve academic achievement for all K-5 students through leading directing supervising and implementing the educational program within the building and maintaining an inclusive and effective learning climate in the building.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree with a valid PA teaching certification required.

Masters degree in Educational Leadership or Administration required.

Valid PA Principal K-12 certificate required.

5-7 years of successful elementary teaching experience or experience as a counselor psychologist or social worker required.

5-7 years of experience at the elementary level as an Administrator preferred.

Salary Range:

$131284.22 - 164105.80 (based on experience) per year as defined in the Act 93 Compensation Plan.
