Salary Schedule for Fully Credentialed Staff:$60000 - $126000/annually (**Please note that candidates must be internal employees to be placed on Column 5; for external candidates Column 4 is the maximum incoming placement**)

For the 2025-26 school year various opportunities for additional pay include the following:

$5000 - $14000 annual stipendsfor hard-to-staff Special Education positions
$2000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor social worker and teacher librarian
$3000 annual stipend foradvanced degrees
$1000 - $4500 annual stipends for various extra-curricular activities
$1500 - $6000 annual stipends for various leadership roles

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Must possess a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a Masters Degree.

Must have at least five years of classroom instruction experience demonstrating satisfactory performance; experience providing professional development mentoring and/or teacher support is highly preferred.
