Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) is the umbrella name for Amazons suite of services that help businesses transport warehouse fulfill deliver and plan their movement of goods inclusive of both on- and off-Amazon volume. With ASCS businesses can offload their full supply chain planning & execution or they can choose to integrate a la carte menu of composable supply chain primitives into their existing processes. For many years these services have been used by Amazon sellers as standalone solutions and have played a central role in improving the Amazon CX and reducing our CTS. We have been accelerating the externalization of these services so that merchants can use them for their off-Amazon channels as well as the interoperability of these services which enables merchants to easily use more than one service at a time.
We are seeking a high-caliber and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale transformational initiatives to enhance both internal operations and external customer experiences beyond . This role requires cross-organizational leadership across technical product GTM and operations teams. The ideal candidate will bring strategic and tactical vision to tackle complex challenges in software architecture customer experience and business strategy while scaling innovative products fundamental to Amazons future. This role will have high level visibility due to the nature of the program. You will need strong writing and communication skills to senior leaders. Key job responsibilities
- You will apply technical depth in system architecture design trade-offs and technical risk mitigation
- You will demonstrate strong capabilities across: program management excellence stakeholder management & communication strategic thinking & vision problem solving & decision making and leadership and team development
- You will work closely with Sr Principal Engineers Principal Engineers Software Development Managers Product Managers Technical Writers and GTM leaders.
- You will be responsible for delivering results despite working in an ambiguous environment.
- You will need a strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You will define strategy and build and execute roadmaps for the programs you own.
- You will be responsible for overall coordination quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders of programs that you run.
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 7 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or equivalent
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
