Salary

Base Salary: $37258.02 - $43140.86/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant knowledge training skills work location experience and/or FTE.

Canvas Healths mental health and substance use disorder providers clinicians and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Canvas Health is a non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Monday Friday afternoons 15 hours/week (Schedule TBD)

Position Summary

This position provides site based administrative support to provide integrated efficient and high-quality services for clients and staff including completion of face-to-face appointment scheduling and administrative support for site/branch managers and service providers. Serve as primary face to face contact at the front desk to greet and direct clients and visitors; answer and directs incoming telephone calls to destination; answers routine questions and relays/forwards information as necessary. Provide specialized program support as assigned. Ideal position for college students parents and those looking to get a foot in the door of the mental health world!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of clerical/administrative work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
• Administrative support experience in a behavioral or medical health setting and third-party coverage verification preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems preferred.
