Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing data entry and office supply management.
- Assist other departments as needed with clerical and administrative support.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous receptionist administrative or customer service experience preferred.
