We are looking for a confident and motivated Property Administrator who will be the forefront ofLidlGBs expansion plans in the region whilst maintaining the smooth running of the within our Peterborough Property Office youll support the Head of Department as well asproviding administrative support to the wider acquisitions and construction is a truly exciting opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment.

What youll do
- Finance management: raise Purchase Orders manage cashflow petty cash andprocess invoices
- Manage diaries meetings and agendas
- Manage team inbox
- Prepare and manage internal reports
- Maintain databases
- Handle telephone calls emails and post
- Monitoring & cascade of domestic & international communications
- Prepare legal paperwork for signature and processing
- General office management tasks as required
What youll need
- Proven admin experience ideally in the property sector
- Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
- Great literacy and numerical skills and a real eye for detail
- A flair for organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
