Cromer Group Practice are seeking a practice administrator on a full-time basis to join our team. This role will provide high quality administrative support to the clinical and operational teams ensuring efficient management of patient related administration for postholder plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day practice operations supporting patient care pathways and ensuring compliance with information governance clinical governance and organisational protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage administrative tasks on behalf of GPs such as medication queries and follow-up actions.
- Accurate coordination of Patient Group Directive (PGD) documentation effective operational administration across the practice and timely and sensitive handling of death administration processes.
- Allocate and track patient related tasks to ensure timely completion and escalation where appropriate.
- Maintain accuracy of patient records ensuring all actions are recorded in line with practice protocols.
- Track PGD expiry dates renewals updates and clinician sign-off requirements.
- Provide administrative support across practice operations HR administration and coordination of coroner-related requests.
