Overview of the role
Wearelooking for an HR Administrator to joinour central HR Operations Team.
Thisbusy and varied role will support several key HR processes and procedures including onboarding and HR system maintenance.
This role isfull time and will behome based / remote working but will require fortnightly attendanceatour London / Nottingham officesalong with some travel to support our national services.
Sowhat will I be doing
AsHR Administratoryou willsupport the widerHRteamwith tasks such asonboardingnew employees to our support office teams andbrand-newclinics ensuringfull compliance with all paperwork from alegislativeand regulatory point of view.
Youll
maintainemployee records on our HR Information System and ensure recordspertaining tonew starters and leavers areaccurateand up to date.
Youlltake responsibility for HR tickets raised across the business dealing with routinequeriesandprovidingfirst level advice in line with our policies and process escalating where necessary.
Youllprovide administrative support across all HR processes such as performance absence management probation disciplinary and grievance issues.
Youllcontribute to and produce a wide rangeof complianceand staffingreports.
What experience do I need
This is a role forstrong administratorsomeone who loves administration and coordinationandalreadyhas experience in a similar type of role.Youllideally have some HRexperience in a highly regulated sectorsuch asthe NHS or anotherindependenthealth care provider.
It is key that you have excellentproficiencylevels on thefullMS Office Suitein particular youmust be adept at usingExcelWordand SharePoint.Youllideally also have some experience of using a HR Information System.
In all you doyoull
requirehighlevelsofattention to detail andaccuracyandyoullbeexpertat managing and prioritising your own workload using your initiative toundertake tasks without requiring to be asked.
Youllbe liaising with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally so a friendly disposition isa mustasan ambassador for the team.
The HR Operations Team are a very friendly and supportive bunch.Theyrelooking for a real team player who also has these traits and is happy to get stuck in and help their colleagues with all aspects of the role.
