As a Technical Application Scientist (m/f/d) Laboratory Equipment youll work directly with researchers applying your scientific knowledge to solve practical challenges influence product use and support laboratories EMEA - wide.

are currently recruiting for a

Technical Application Scientist (m/f/d) Laboratory Equipment

A day in the Life:

  • Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Laboratory Equipment via phone email chat and web
  • Resolve complex technical questions by leveraging internal experts and resources
  • Document customer interactions in CRM systems to support quality and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to knowledge bases training materials and internal technical resources
  • Stay current through ongoing product training and continuing education
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and team initiatives
  • Occasional travel may be required

Keys to Success:

  • Masters degree in Life Sciences or Bachelors degree with 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in electrochemistry
  • Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
  • Prior customer-facing experience is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb understand and apply complex technical information
  • Natural problem-solver with strong curiosity analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with digital tools including CRM systems databases and standard office applications
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment particularly electrochemical instrumentation such as pH meters conductivity meters and related analytical devices
