As a Technical Application Scientist (m/f/d) Laboratory Equipment youll work directly with researchers applying your scientific knowledge to solve practical challenges influence product use and support laboratories EMEA - wide.

are currently recruiting for a
Technical Application Scientist (m/f/d) Laboratory Equipment
A day in the Life:
- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Laboratory Equipment via phone email chat and web
- Resolve complex technical questions by leveraging internal experts and resources
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems to support quality and continuous improvement
- Contribute to knowledge bases training materials and internal technical resources
- Stay current through ongoing product training and continuing education
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and team initiatives
- Occasional travel may be required
Keys to Success:
- Masters degree in Life Sciences or Bachelors degree with 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in electrochemistry
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
- Prior customer-facing experience is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb understand and apply complex technical information
- Natural problem-solver with strong curiosity analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools including CRM systems databases and standard office applications
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment particularly electrochemical instrumentation such as pH meters conductivity meters and related analytical devices
