About the Department:
Our HR Operations team supports global employees by managing Workday processes training administration reporting and system support. The team brings together HR analysts and system specialists who collaborate closely to ensure accurate data smooth transactions and a highquality employee experience. Joining this team offers exposure to global HR processes handson Workday expertise and opportunities to develop skills in analytics training systems and crossregional HR support.
Core Responsibilities:
You Will:
Process endtoend Workday HR transactions.
Upload mass changes using Enterprise Interface Builder.
Test and validate transactions in Workday Sandbox.
Create and run Workday queries and reports.
Manage Workday inbox tasks.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Run payroll interface files for supported countries.
Distribute documents to Centers of Excellence and business teams.
Administer training programs and manage catalogs enrollment and rosters.
Support the New Leader Training Program.
Manage Leadership Education Assistance Program activities.
Respond to leavemanagement queries across countries.
Deliver standard and custom HR reports.
Team & Collaboration:
Support Talent Acquisition system users and career site inquiries.
Prepare analytics for HR stakeholders.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Experience Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree in HR business or related field.
Two to four years HR operations experience.
Workday and Taleo experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Analytical and decisionmaking ability.
Soft Skills:
Ability to plan work independently.
Ability to identify risks and escalate when needed.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
