Job Summary

Your Tasks

We are seeking aKey Account Manager (Nivea Labello & Hansaplast) to join our E-commerce team based in Milan.

Your Impact:

  • In this role you will play a key part in accelerating our e-commerce growth by managing and developing strategic customer relationships with main Marketplaces & Omnichannel E-retailers. You will act as a trusted partner for key accounts translating customer needs into tailored commercial strategies and ensuring sustainable long-term value creation for both the company and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze strategic marketplaces and identify market and channel opportunities in the Marketplaces world
  • Lead regular meetings and business reviews with clients to align on objectives and performances
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing shopper & costumer controlling supply chain and customer service
  • Plan and execute online visibility and promotional initiatives
  • Develop maintain and update account development plans
  • Track performance KPIs and prepare commercial reports
  • Proactively manage issues and support future growth initiatives

Organization & Reporting Line:

  • You will report directly to the Pure Players & Omnichannel Italy Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Economics Marketing Business Administration or related fields
  • 24 years of experience in Sales eCommerce Marketing or Trade Marketing roles
  • Strong interest in digital channels and e-commerce dynamics
  • Experience and knowledge of social commerce including the management of salesand campaigns on social platforms; closing collaborating with Digital Marketing team
  • Strong knowledge of major online Beauty & Personal Care marketplaces such asZalando and similar platforms and understanding of marketplace business models
  • Experience in catalog and product content management in line with marketplaceguidelines
  • Knowledge of pricing promotions and Retail Media solutions
  • Ability to analyze marketplace performance data and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive mindset strong ownership results orientation and adaptability in fast-pacedenvironments
