Te kōwhiringa The Opportunity
As a senior specialist within our P&C Advisory function you will play a critical role in delivering professional pragmatic and high-quality people advisory support across the business. With a strong focus on employee relations (ER) you will lead a high-volume portfolio of cases end-to-end and act as a trusted escalation point for managers and fellow P&C Advisors.
Youll work closely with the P&C Operations Manager NZ and ER Lead NZ partnering across the business to ensure our people practices align with Downer policy employment legislation and our commitment to being a trusted and responsible good employer.
This is an 18-month fixed term contract based in Auckland or Porirua Wellington.
