DMS & Network Reporting Manager

Job Description

Blue Wing Honda is seeking a DMS& Network Reporting Manager to take ownership of its Dealer Management System and the reporting and insight it enables across a national Dealer network.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this role plays a critical part in supporting Dealers by ensuring the DMS is fit for purpose well embedded and delivers high-quality operational and financial insights. While the role will contribute to system selection and rollout its primary focus is long-term system ownership reporting and optimisation.

This newly created role is designed to provide internal leadership of the DMS and its reporting framework with technical delivery and configuration supported by system vendors and partners.

What youll be doing:

• Owning the Dealer Management System across a large national Dealer network
• Supporting the evaluation and consolidation of DMS platforms into a single standardised system
• Acting as the internal subject matter expert for system capability data and reporting
• Working closely with Dealers to understand sales inventory workshop and operational processes
• Defining reporting requirements standards and insights with vendors supporting report build and system configuration
• Ensuring reporting outputs are accurate consistent and meaningful for Dealers and the Company
• Analysing system data to highlight trends performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Supporting Dealers to demonstrate best practice through benchmarking and comparative insight
• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring system enhancements align with business needs
• Providing ongoing system governance optimisation training and adoption support

What were looking for:

• Experience owning and supporting a live enterprise or operational system in a BAU environment
• Strong systems analysis and reporting capability with the ability to define requirements and validate outputs
• Proven experience working with vendors while retaining internal system ownership
• High level of comfort working with financial and operational data (high level analysis trends commercial insights)
• Ability to translate system data into clear practical insight for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in multi-site Dealer retail or network-based environments is desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills particularly with operational teams and senior leaders
• Background in Systems Analysis Business Systems or Systems Ownership
• Project or implementation experience is highly desirable
