Role Overview
Polygon US is seeking a drivenRecruiterto lead full-cycle hiring across the organization. This role will collaborate with hiring managers and people leaders to attract evaluate and onboard the right talent that reflects Polygons values and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles operations sales finance and administration
- Onboard candidates from offer acceptance through first day of employment (DOT regulations background checks I-9s etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source and engage talent using diverse channels (LinkedIn Indeed Handshake)
Screen candidates for fit with both role needs and Polygons culture
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
Maintain accurate data and activity in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
Support initiatives to improve employer brand and candidate experience
Qualifications
2 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Strong sourcing screening and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple open roles concurrently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
