- To build and promote strategic partnerships with commercial clients property mangers and carrier partnerships
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B organized events and affirming relationships
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
- Using of the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM send email campaigns customize and print marketing collateral track sales calls leads referrals and notes
- Attend business networking functions to promote the business
- Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
- Schedule manage and present Continuing Education courses
- Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
- Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Strong organizational skills
- Exemplary computer skills i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of commercial and residential insurance industry is helpful but not required
- Franchise restoration construction/home improvement and/or insurance industry experience ideal
- Self-directed with exceptional initiative
- Professional demeanor; personable presentable articulate
- Open cooperative enthusiastic team player
- Ability to close deals manage objections and negotiate terms effectively
- Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with potential clients including C-level executives
- Two or more years sales and marketing experience
- Previous experience in sales customer service and lead generation are highly valued
