The Operations Implementation Lead for Pub Partners will play a critical strategic leadership role ensure not only the seamless delivery of operational processes but also aligning these processes with the long-term vision and objectives of the L&T estate. This position serves as the essential strategic link between all Head Office functions and the Operations Team championing operational excellence driving a unified approach and translating the overarching Pub Partners Strategy into actionable measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement and innovation leveraging their expertise in the L&T sector superior communication and organisational capabilities and proven ability in planning and execution to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Qualifications :
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the Pub Partners network ensuring adherence to company standards KPIs and operational procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify implement and monitor process improvements to maximise efficiency and profitability for both the company and its partners
- Compliance & Operational Standards: Ensure all pubs comply with their purchasing obligations and Quality assurance.
- Partner Support: Driving Partner & BDM engagement across commercial initiatives and big event planning.
- ESG: Deliver in line with PP strategy Macmillan & Energy Efficiency
- Asset Optimisation: Ensure alignment across Greene King & Pub Partners on asset optimisation initiatives and supporting process
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance risks and opportunities.
- Project Management: Lead or support company-wide operational projects and initiatives as required.
- Gate Keeper to Field Effectiveness and embedding it into PP ways of working.
- Proven experience in L&T operations or similar background.
- Strong understanding of Pub L&T operations Pubs Code (Both England & Scotland) licensing and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of building positive relationships.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations.
- Experience in training and developing teams or partners.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software.
- Degree or equivalent experience in business hospitality management or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. health & safety food safety personal licence) are advantageous.
- Evidence of strong Lease & Tenanted experience
