Job Summary
At Wildlife Studios our Internship Programs are designed to develop students who are eager to start their careers in the gaming industry. As an intern youll work alongside experienced professionals contribute to real projects and be part of a company that creates games played by millions worldwide. Throughout the program youll have access to technical and soft-skill training mentorship and structured development opportunities to prepare you for future career growth.
What youll do
- Identify manual HR tasks such as onboarding status changes and data entry and design automated solutions.
Collect clean and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HRIS benefits systems surveys) to ensure accuracy and integrity. - Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations for leadership.
- Perform detailed analysis of employee data with global HR systems and identify trends/patterns and opportunities for improvement to support strategic initiatives such as talent management total rewards HRBPs.
- Support ad hoc projects related to HR data analysis and system optimization.
- Engage in structured learning sessions and mentorship to accelerate your development.
- Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help shape the future of our products.
Internship Program (1-2 years of contract working on-site hybrid or remote depending on the area.)
- Undergraduate students graduating between Dec/2026 and Dec/2027.
- Availability to hybrid in São Paulo SP.
- Availability for 30 hours or an internship per week.
- Genuine interest in games and technology.
- Creative and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Strong soft skills such as collaboration curiosity clear communication and ownership.
