Finance Intern
Sao Paulo Brazil
Role Overview:
Start your career in finance by contributing to the daily operations that keep our Brazil business running smoothly and this role you will support Order Management and Billing activities help maintain reliable financial data and gain hands-on experience with ERP systems used across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain customer and supplier records in the ERP system ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support Order Management and Billing activities.
Assist in issuing RPS (service receipts) in compliance with local requirements.
Provide day-to-day operational support to the finance team across administrative and financial processes.
Partner with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve process reliability.
Follow internal financial controls and contribute to compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or Economics (open to students at different stages of their studies with a minimum availability of 1 year before graduation).
Availability to work in a hybrid model with in-office presence in Sao Paulo at least once per week.
Intermediate English skills especially for reading and understanding documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools.
Its a Plus If You Have:
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Protheus or Microsiga.
Spanish language skills.
