About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Management System (CMS) Trainer within our People Division.

Reporting to the Enablement Lead you will be responsible for delivering and development learning solutions to support both current state system enhancement adoption and implementation of the new Lumary DC system across the business.

Your Key Focus

Design and deliver training programs to support and enable end users of the CMS
Create and maintain training materials user guides and other learning artefacts
Champion user adoption by promoting awareness confidence and competence in using CMS
Partner with business units to align training and knowledge content with evolving operational needs and strategic priorities
Respond to business requests and support continuous improvement by capturing user feedback

What We Look For

Demonstrated experience in delivering end-user training
Proven experience developing training materials user guides and knowledge based content
Experience working with CMS CRM platforms and/ or case management tools
Strong understanding of learning principles instructional design methodologies and user-centred training approaches
Certificate IV in Training and assessment is desirable
