Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Services Manager to lead and develop our Client Services team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of timely accurate and high-quality support to our Planning team and clients while driving operational excellence continuous improvement and a strong team culture.

As Client Services Manager you will be responsible for structuring resourcing and developing the team maintaining best-practice processes and acting as the key escalation point for complex client or operational matters.

Position Requirements:

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Previous experience leading a team is essential.
  • Extensive experience in Client Services or operations within financial services with the ability to coach mentor and develop team members to build engagement and performance.
  • Strong operational management capability ensuring accurate timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Exceptional interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining effective processes workflows and systems.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
  • Experience managing compliance requirements standards policies and service level agreements.
  • A strong alignment with our organisational values and a commitment to fostering a positive inclusive and high-performing workplace.
