About the Role
The Product Trainer designs delivers and improves training for enterprise products and applications. Youll help users build confidence support change activities and contribute to strong consistent product adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver product training through walkthroughs webinars workshops and Teams sessions.
Create digital learning content including eLearning videos guides and knowledgebase articles.
Maintain clear accessible learning resources and intranet content.
Partner with product support and business teams to align training with features processes and releases.
Measure training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and insights.
Provide learner support and promote digital confidence and continuous learning.
Qualifications Experience and Skills
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment preferred; tertiary learning/education studies desirable.
Experience in product systems or digital training ideally in an enterprise environment.
Ability to design and deliver engaging learning across multiple formats.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into simple userfriendly content.
Proficiency with digital learning tools (e.g. Camtasia Snagit Articulate 360 Clipchamp Microsoft 365).
Strong organisation stakeholder engagement and usercentred design capability.
Ability to use data and insights to guide training needs and improvements.
Workday experience highly regarded.
