Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic creative and highly people-oriented Lead/ Senior HR Executive to drive employee engagement and new hire integration across the organization. This role blends event execution employee experience design and HR Business Partnering to enhance employee morale productivity and retention.


The ideal candidate will take ownership of engagement programs onboarding journeys employee connects grievance handling and early retention initiatives ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience from Day 1 through the first 90 days and beyond.

Key Responsibilities


Employee Engagement & Event Management ( 50%)

Plan coordinate and execute in-house and off-site employee engagement initiatives including:

o Fun Fridays themed days and festive celebrations

o Team-building activities and workshops

o Inhouse and External Sports tournaments and fitness/wellness programs

o Annual parties milestone celebrations and special events

Design event calendars timelines budgets vendor coordination and logistics.

Promote events through internal communication channels (emails posters intranet on-floor engagement).

Collect and analyze post-event feedback to assess impact and improve future initiatives

Plan and execute reward programs open houses at respective location on need basis in collaboration with site head and HRBPs


DEI CSR & Other Corporate events (20 %)

Partner with corporate team to execute various programs under the banner of DEI Omega community connect etc at Mumbai location.

Ensure employee participation

New Hire HRBP (30%)

Lead new-hire onboarding and early-stage engagement for class room Trainees (first 090 days) ensuring smooth assimilation policy awareness and strong stakeholder connect.

Address employee queries attendance issues and ER cases; manage grievances disciplinary actions and policy-based processes end-to-end.

Drive early-stage retention while monitoring key indicators like absenteeism and ensuring timely closure of PTM and Amber actions

Flexibility & Event Excellence

Ability to work day and night shifts adapting to event schedules and business needs.

Demonstrate a friendly calm and professional demeanor during events and employee interactions.

Handle unexpected changes with agility ensuring smooth execution and positive employee experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Masters degree in HR MSW PGDBM.

48 years of experience in:

o Employee Engagement

o Event Management

o HRBP or New Hire Engagement roles (corporate environment preferred).

o HR Operations

Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities.

Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working flexible shifts and handling high-energy environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Canva Trello or event tools is an added advantage.

Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar HRMS preferred.
