The Human Capital (HC) team within the Internal Firm Line of Services of PwC Bulgaria plays a key role in personnel administration recruitment talent management and employee experience ensuring that our firms internal processes align with PwCs global standards and local business needs. By driving effective HR practices and innovative solutions the HC team empowers our workforce to achieve their full potential and contribute to the firms continued success.This is a 2-year fixed-term position to cover maternity leave.

Activelyparticipateincreatingthecompanyslearning&developmentbudgetcollaboratingwithbusinessleadersandthefinanceteamaswellasmonitoringandupdatingit
PlanorganizeandreportonPwCTrainingCurriculumcourses(technicalandleadershipskills)collaboratingwithbusinesssponsorsandparticipants
EnsureaccurateandtimelydataentryandmaintenanceinHRsystemsandcompanysoftware
Serveasasuper-userofthePwCLearningManagementSystemportal

Requirements:
Minimum2yearsofrelevantHRexperienceideallyinvolvingpersonneladministrationandemployeelifecyclemanagement
SolidknowledgeofBulgarianlaborlegislationrelatingtopersonnel administration
Experiencewithglobalmobilitymattersisanadvantage
StrongproficiencyinExcel;experiencewithHRsystemsisaplus
ExcellentcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglish
