The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy seeks experienced HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to drive strategic HR initiatives talent management and organizational development often supporting manufacturing or specific business units. These roles typically require 3 years of experience proficiency in Workday and a focus on aligning HR strategies with business goals labor relations and change management in a global fast-paced environment.
How youll make an impact:
- Implement people strategy and actions in line with global BU / HUB BU / global function strategy and Group HR policies and guidelines;
- Oversee implementation of HR processes within area of responsibility requiring on-site support follow up and advise;
- Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices processes or policies;
- Support managers to implement and follow up performance management activities on the site;
- Track employee turnover and support achievement of optimal levels of attrition within defined parameters across Business;
- Represent HR in the workplace build partnerships between employees HR and Managers;
- Follow policies and instructions set by HR Functions and Country HR and in close collaboration with CoE and SSC to oversee activities regarding labor relations and organized labor within area of responsibility;
- Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards rules tools policies and processes;
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized staffed and directed. Build an effective capable and high performing team.
Your background:
- Bachelors or masters degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist role;
- Knowledge of local legislation in terms of HR Labour Code Social Securities Remuneration and working time etc.;
- Command of foreign languages English (fluent);
- Ability to understand and analyze business and HR issues;
- Facilitation influencing and consulting skills of a high order.
