About the role

You will work within the Personalisation squad designing and building intelligent content systems and personalisation engines that adapt candidate experiences to each individuals evolving context. Reporting to the Head of AI Product Search & Recommendations you will define problems set strategy and ship models and services that power user journeys at SEEK.

This role requires strategic and critical thinking that brings together an understanding of AI capabilities with candidate and marketplace objectives. You will work with Data Science and Engineering teams to frame opportunities build scalable AI-driven products and deliver personalisation services to partner product and delivery teams across SEEKs marketplace. The Personalisation squad combines deep candidate understanding behavioural and contextual signals and scalable infrastructure to deliver relevant interventions timely interactions and adaptive interfaces across channels. You will be accountable for AI-driven products that help millions of job seekers discover roles aligned with their context and preferences.

This is an exciting and ambiguous space where you will shape product ambition build aligned solutions and work within AI Platform Services a team of approximately 25 Data Scientists and Engineers plus 2 AI Product Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Define product ambition and strategy for personalisation problem spaces in collaboration with squad leaders
  • Build deep understanding of customer jobs-to-be-done constraints and product partners priorities
  • Set quarterly OKRs with partners and squad aligning roadmaps and objectives across stakeholders
  • Frame opportunities leveraging Personalisation services and models by engaging current and potential product partners
  • Coordinate squad engagement with partner teams to define build and integrate new products and services
  • Define success measures track progress and identify improvement opportunities in partnership with delivery teams
  • Collaborate with partners squad and Experiments team to design and run experiments interpret results and assess implications
  • Act as Agile product owner managing the teams product portfolio and dependencies across squads
  • Establish effective team processes and coordinate stakeholder updates including steering committees and showcases

Qualifications :

Skills and experience

  • Strong problem solver with ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems using data-driven approach
  • Great communication skills to engage with partners and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to engage with and inspire technical teams including building deep understanding of problem domains
  • Ability to break constraints and get things done with willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in where required
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Strong learning orientation with desire to learn more about Strategy AI and Software Engineering
