What Youll Do
- Prepare patients for clinic visits by reviewing medical history obtaining vital signs and ensuring comfort and privacy.
- Support providers during exams procedures and care planning discussions.
- Perform specimen collection pointofcare testing immunizations and medication administration as directed.
- Maintain accurate timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Assist with care coordination followup scheduling referrals and patient education.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support seamless patient care.
What You Bring to the Table
- Certification Required: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in primary care family practice rural health or specialty care preferred.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency with vital signs injections specimen processing pointofcare testing and EMR documentation.
- Compassion & Professionalism: Calm empathetic patient support with a high standard of professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse care team.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
