The Manager Mechanical Services oversees mechanical operations for the clinical research and education facilities. Leads union and non-union staff across plumbing steam fitting HVAC building automation and support functions ensuring safe compliant on-time and cost-effective service delivery. Implements modern technologies and best practices develops staff through training and career advancement and ensures clear communication across teams and leadership. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance safety initiatives policy implementation budgeting and resource management risk mitigation performance reporting and advising on capital project needs. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support evolving healthcare research and education needs.

Salary Range: Minimum 38.44/hour - Maximum 60.07/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
