Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the recruitment process for new service technicians
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates changes and recognize achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role
- Proven track record of managing and developing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of service management software and tools
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed.
