Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Eis group usa. As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of service technicians and ensure they are providing excellent customer service

- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

- Train and mentor service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to service technicians

- Manage service budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve service offerings

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

- Participate in the recruitment process for new service technicians

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates changes and recognize achievements.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role

- Proven track record of managing and developing a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Knowledge of service management software and tools

- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Willingness to travel as needed.
