Our client (a major tech startup well known in the city!) is looking for a proactive resourceful Operations Associate whos excited to jump in wherever help is needed. From office support to recruiting coordination and ad hoc projects this is an opportunity to expand your skillset in a fast-paced ever-evolving startup environment where no two days look the same.
The Role: Workplace/ People Operations Coordinator (Contract)
Location: San Francisco CA (Onsite)
Compensation:$40-$50/hour

The Ideal Candidate:
1 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Youre highly adaptable organized and energized by wearing many hats. You take initiative anticipate needs and are excited to support both people and operations behind the scenes.
Day-to-Day:
Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth productive workplace
Assist with recruiting coordination including scheduling and candidate logistics
Partner with team leads on ad hoc operational and administrative projects
Help manage vendors supplies and general workplace needs
Provide cross-functional support wherever bandwidth is needed as the company grows
