Job Summary

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Lease Admin for the UK/IE you are responsible for digital and physical contract management in your sales market and support your colleagues in Leasing Legal and Accounting with data quality.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring lease details remain accurate and up to date in our property database and accounting systems.
  • Working closely with local Leasing and Accounts teams to ensure we pay rents according to contract owning the rental payment follow-up routine for your market.
  • Accurate and efficient management of all turnover-related reporting certification and communication for the store portfolio.
  • Communicating regularly with landlords and liaise with external auditors to provide requested documentation and information.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in your market and region as well as cross functionally and supporting all brands in your market.

 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

In this role you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with local leasing accounting and legal teams regional controlling team and external partners.

 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

  • Experience in administration accounting and/or contract handling 
  • Good understanding of legal documents as well as good numerical understanding
  • Previous work within controlling or Legal function of H&M or external company working with legal documentation and contract management.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel PowerPoint

  • Are analytical methodical and conscientious
  • Have an organized way of working are thorough in processes and have attention to detail.
  • Have professional communication skills and are comfortable handling communication with external business parties.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and effectively collaborate with a group of diverse people to achieve goals and targets.

This is a full time permanent position based in our London Office in Oxford Street and reports to the Regional Expansion Controlling Manager within the Expansion Department.
