Senior Consultant SAP Digital Adoption & Enablement (mwd)

• Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects ideally in the context of SAP with a focus on sustainable user adoption.
• Translation of change objectives into structured enablement and adoption concepts across systems processes and user groups.
• Conception coordination and handson implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g. SAP EnableNow WalkMe Whatfix Userlane) including the creation and quality assurance of inapp assets (walkthroughs tooltips/SmartTips hotspots contextual help).
• Endtoend enablement responsibility: target group segmentation content lifecycle management testing & golive coordination as well as evaluation of adoption KPIs (e.g. usage completion reduction of support requests).
• Conceptual introduction operation and continuous improvement of learning solutions in LMS/LXP environments including course structures learning paths assignments and reporting (e.g. SuccessFactors Learning).
• Design of modern and futureoriented enablement and learning approaches including AIsupported personalization and learning analytics.
• Consideration of user experience and accessibility (WCAG) standards in learning content and inapp guidance concepts.
• Execution of stakeholder analyses alignment workshops targeted communication initiatives and enablement sessions (German/English).
• Close collaboration with HR development IT and business units including contribution to governance for enablement content quality standards and translations.

• Konzeptionelle Einführung Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Lernlösungen in LMS/LXPUmgebungen inkl. Kursstrukturen Lernpfade Zuweisungen und Reporting (z.B. SuccessFactors Learning).
• Gestaltung moderner und zukunftsorientierter Enablement und Lernansätze inkl. AIgestützter Personalisierung und Learning Analytics.
• Berücksichtigung von User Experience und Barrierefreiheit (WCAG) in Lerninhalten und InAppGuidanceKonzepten.
• Durchführung von Stakeholderanalysen Abstimmungsformaten zielgruppenspezifischen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und EnablementSessions (DE/EN).
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Personalentwicklung IT und Fachbereichen sowie Mitwirkung an GovernanceStrukturen für EnablementContent Qualitätsstandards und Übersetzungen.

Qualifications :

• Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology or ERPdriven transformation projects (ideally SAP) with a strong focus on user adoption.
• Experience in the conception and operational use of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g. SAP EnableNow WalkMe Whatfix Userlane) including responsibility for productive inapp guidance content.
• Participation in at least one endtoend enablement or adoption initiative from change concept through rollout to evaluation of adoption KPIs.
• Practical experience in LMS/LXP environments including course structures learning paths assignments and reporting (e.g. SuccessFactors Learning).
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR Prosci Kotter) and instructional design combined with a pragmatic implementationoriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills empathy and confidence in stakeholder interaction; very good German and English skills.
• Interest in modern enablement and learning approaches including AIsupported concepts UX and accessibility (WCAG).

• Vertrautheit mit ChangeMethodiken (ADKAR Prosci Kotter) und Instructional Design verbunden mit einer pragmatischen umsetzungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke Empathie und Sicherheit im StakeholderManagement; sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
