You will oversee the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to meet evolving business needs. Beyond execution you are expected to drive excellence through process enhancements andprovidestrategic guidance to junior team members. We are looking for a proactive resourceful leader who balances high-level stakeholder management with a hands-on approach to sourcing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring Delivery:Take full accountability for the recruitment lifecycle frominitialintake and strategic sourcing to interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding.
Strategic Stakeholder Management:Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners offering insights on market trends salary benchmarking and workforce planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
Sourcing & Innovation Strategy:Serve as the lead driver inidentifyingand engaging passive talent. You willleverageadvanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to build robust talent pipelines for niche and critical roles.
Process Excellence & Mentorship:Identifyopportunities to streamline recruitment workflows. As a senior member of the team you will provide guidance support andbest-practicesharing to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Employer Branding & EVP:Play an integral role in shaping and promoting our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). You will lead recruitment campaigns career fairs and digital initiatives to strengthen our brand presence in the market.
Data-Driven Insights:Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill cost-per-hire candidate experience) to drive efficiency and inform future hiring strategies.
Requirements
A degree in any discipline with 812 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Extensive hands-on experience with recruitment technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) AI-driven sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn RecruiterJobStreet and other specialized databases.
Deep knowledge of Singapores talent market and a proventrack recordof successful proactive sourcing for both high-volume and specialized senior roles.
Demonstratedability to lead by example. Youpossessthe maturity to handle complex stakeholder relationships and the flexibility to pivot between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. You are an independent resourceful problem-solver whoremainsa committed team player at heart.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities without compromising on the quality of hire or candidate experience.
