Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end budgeting forecasting and reporting processes for APAC incentives ensuring accuracy consistency and timely delivery of required submissions.
  • Partner with country finance teams to review forecast inputs validate assumptions and provide constructive feedback to help improve accuracy.
  • Conduct detailed analysis on incentives performance and variances highlighting key risks and opportunities and providing management with clear objective insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the development of clear and concise storylines for business reviews by translating analytical findings into well-structured materials and presentations.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of forecasting processes by identifying areas for streamlining supporting process improvements and partnering with relevant stakeholders to increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support for adhoc requests ensuring findings are wellsynthesized and communicated in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related quantitative field with 10 years of relevant postqualification experience. Pricing and deals management experience is an added advantage
  • Resourceful selfstarter with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical quantitative and advanced Excel skills with the ability to present data clearly to support decision-making.
  • Skilled in data visualization and managing large datasets with strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask prioritize effectively and consistently meet deadlines
