About the Role

At HEINEKEN were on a mission todigitally transform the shopfloor experiencemaking the lives of our operators and technicians smarter safer and more efficient.

Were looking for ahands-on IOT Specialistto guide theSmart Supply Chain Services Team a key player in modernizing operational processes such as safety manual work execution troubleshooting and continuous improvement (TPM). Your role Take this digital journey further scale its impact and deliver trulygame-changing solutionsfor our people.

Youll be working closely with our suppliers development teams global product owners and regional deployment teamsbridging automation and ITin one of the most exciting tech environments in our supply chain.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as themain technology expertin the product team for shopfloor digital services.

  • Guide the implementation and support of digital solutions forTPM safety maintenance and more.

  • Own theincident management and support processacross L0-L2 levels.

  • Enableshopfloor connectivitythrough SCADA historians IoT protocols and PLCs.

  • Collaborate with global supply chain product owners to deliver real-time user-friendly tools.

  • Ensure quality compliance and global standards are applied throughout all solutions.

  • Influence and partner with Product Owners to drive continuous improvement.

  • Help deploy services across regions supporting activities likefirewall management system routing and ticket resolution.

  • Maintain and contribute to documentation in knowledge platforms (e.g. Confluence).

  • Be aself-directed team playerwho works collaboratively plans work with autonomy and continuously removes blockers for the team.

Your Background & Skills

Were looking for ahybrid profilesomeone who understands bothautomationandIT systems and whos comfortable diving into both worlds:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in operational IT environments andservice delivery.

  • Solid knowledge ofPLC programmingSCADA/Historian systems(e.g. Kepware Ignition Proficy).

  • Familiarity with industrial protocols:OPC UA MQTT Siemens Suite Allen Bradley etc.

  • Good grasp ofOSI model industrial networks and automation hardware.

  • Fluent inPythonor similar programming languages.

  • High proficiency inEnglish (B2 or higher) must feel comfortable writing speaking and presenting in English.

  • Ability to manage support tickets resolve technical issues and deploy tools across regions.

  • Solid experience working with tools likeServiceNowITIL frameworks and RCA methodologies.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge ofISA88/95 standards(batch manufacturing models).

  • Experience withdigital tools for TPM and safetyin manufacturing.

  • Strong analytical thinking structured mindset and great communication skills.
