Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MEP Revit Engineer with experience in Scan to BIM workflows to join our BIM team. The candidate will be responsible for converting laser scan data / point clouds into accurate MEP BIM models using Revit ensuring compliance with project standards LOD requirements and coordination with other disciplines..

Key Responsibilities:

Convert laser scan / point cloud data into accurate MEP models using Revit.
Develop HVAC Plumbing and Electrical BIM models from scan data.
Work with point cloud formats such as RCP RCS E57 and LAS.
Follow Scan to BIM standards and project LOD requirements (LOD 200 LOD 500).
Perform model coordination and clash detection with Architecture and Structure models.
Use Autodesk Revit Navisworks and Recap for modeling and coordination.
Extract 2D drawings sections and schedules from BIM models.
Ensure models comply with BIM execution plans (BEP) and project standards.
Collaborate with BIM managers coordinators and project teams.
Maintain model accuracy based on as-built conditions from scan data.

Deliverables:

MEP BIM models from point cloud scan data
As-built BIM models
2D drawings (plans sections elevations)
Clash-free coordinated models

Candidates Profile:-

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering.
BIM / Revit certification is an advantage.

FOR FRESHERS:-

Assist in converting laser scan / point cloud data into Revit MEP models.
Support modeling of HVAC Plumbing Electrical and Fire protection systems.
Work with point cloud files such as RCP and RCS in Revit.
Follow BIM standards and project modeling guidelines.
Assist in preparing 2D drawings sections and schedules from Revit models.
Support model coordination with Architecture and Structural models.
Perform basic clash detection using Navisworks (if required).
Maintain accuracy and quality of BIM models.
Work closely with senior BIM engineers and coordinators.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit (MEP preferred).
Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC Plumbing Electrical).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Willingness to learn Scan to BIM workflows.
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Education:
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering.
BIM / Revit certification is an advantage.

FOR BIM ARCHITECTURE

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in converting laser scan / point cloud data into Architectural Revit models.
Model architectural elements such as walls floors roofs doors windows stairs and ceilings.
Work with point cloud formats like RCP and RCS in Revit.
Follow BIM standards and project modeling guidelines.
Support preparation of 2D drawings such as plans elevations and sections from Revit models.
Assist in model coordination with Structural and MEP teams.
Maintain model accuracy based on scan data.
Work closely with senior BIM engineers and project teams.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Understanding of architectural drawings and building components.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Interest in learning Scan to BIM workflows.
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Education:
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
