Your Tasks

- Cross-functional collaboration (MKT/Sales/SC/FIN) to build strong business acumen.
The purposes of this position are:
- Mainly support Eucerin (Derma brand) and Nivea Men category.
- Design promotion guideline and channel strategy for online (mainly Tmall/JD/Tiktok/KOL).
- Competitor study (Campaign/Mechanism/GMV etc) to ensure brands competitiveness in the market.
- NPD Go-To-Market strategy includes assortment & promo plan.
- Support sales bottom-up plan via different forecast cycle (e.g. ABP/LE etc).
- Provide a monthly demand forecast to supply chain and ensure /- 10% forecast accuracy.
- Inventory health level monitor & mitigation plan if risk foreseen.
- Budget control particularly mini/FOC/GWP etc.
Your Profile
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce TMKT position.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sales result as a bridge between MKT and Sales through a team.
- Strong financial quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to develop sales strategy and financial management.
- Working English is a must.
