JOB DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The mission of the position is to build brands in e-Commerce platforms through the integration of brand resources and EC customer eco-system and provide the best content experience along consumer decision journey to drive business growth and accelerate market share growth.
Five Main Responsibilities:
40% Develop attractive and professional content with variety tools such as livestreaming short video content page (including KOL/HCP content)
30% Content investment ROI control and tracking
15% Work with MKT team on product content and brand content develop and upgrade
10% Optimize Flagship store UED to enhance consumer experience with upgraded content.
5% Competition environment analysis
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Responisble for the annual Content plan including HCP and KOL content in EC platform to build and increase brand/product awareness and WOM.
- Explore content models on Social Commerce platform like TikTok.
- Drive excellent planning and implemention on content of key EC carnival to drive business result.
- Work closely with MKT team on new product launch content develop routine content upgrade.
- Continue upgrading UED and enhance consumer experience with professional content.
- Competition environment analysis and upgrade.
- Help TMKT head to grow business from a channel perspective. Consolidate data from both JD and Tmall account and dig out content insight to help decision making on channel strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences:
- FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.
Position experiences:
- At least 3 years working experience related to marketing
- Experience in digital or E-commerce marketing is preferred.
Language Skills
- Exellent communication with Mandrine and English is must.
Computer Skills:
- Familiar with office soft ware
Mobility:
- Able travel based on business request.
Certificate Required:
