Job Summary
The sales associate is responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Support customers throughout their shopping experiences and build meaningful relationships to better understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert product knowledge and make personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly to ensure positive shopping experiences
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales targets and support store operation
- Stay current with product information promotions and company policies to provide accurate guidance to customers
Qualifications :
- Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Available days evenings and weekends;
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment;
- Strong ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously during peak periods;
- Genuine passion for working with the public and building customer relationships;
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction;
- Collaborative team spirit with a commitment to supporting store operations and team goals.
