W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a Group Reservations Agent. Reporting to the Reservations Manager this pivotal role is responsible for curating seamless reservation experiences for our group corporate and event clients. Youll be the key liaison ensuring accurate rooming lists flawless coordination and a bold signature Wstyle service that leaves a lasting impression. This is a dynamic fastpaced position perfect for someone who thrives on connection detail and delivering nextlevel guest experiences.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing group blocks from initial inquiry through to departure
- Creating updating and maintaining rooming lists and group reservations in the Marriott platforms.
- Coordinating with Sales Events and Operations to ensure group requirements are met.
- Preparing group summaries and group pickup reports
- Responding to rate availability and policy enquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensuring billing deposits and payment schedules are processed correctly
- Identifying opportunities to upsell room types packages and addon services
- Supporting the Reservations team with daily tasks as required
