Description of Work
Our agency supports second-chance employment for individuals who were previously incarcerated or justice-involved. We invite all potential applicants to apply for positions for which they may be qualified.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Hands-on experience working with HR systems such as Workday including troubleshooting and optimization.
Experience with Form I-9s and the E-Verify system.
Demonstrated experience delivering training programs on HR programs policies and compliance requirements.
Experience providing consultative guidance to agencies on recruitment strategies compliance and HR system use.
Minimum Education and Experience
Some state job postings say you can qualify by an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors degree typically in Human Resources or related field from an appropriately accredited institution and 2 years of experience required; or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Veterans and National Guard Preference
