Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to support our engineering team with day-to-day technical and project-based activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment and exposure to real-world engineering challenges processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

Assist engineers with process improvement data collection and analysis
Support engineering projects related to manufacturing quality or operations
Create and update engineering documentation reports and work instructions
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with time studies layouts and workflow optimization
Support testing validation and implementation of engineering solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production Quality and Supply Chain
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Requuired Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial Aerospace or related field)
Completed at least one year of engineering coursework
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CAD software (Siemens NX SolidWorks or similar)
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts
Prior internship co-op or hands-on project experience
Interest in manufacturing or aerospace environments
