Were looking for an experiencedDirector of Business Development - Leisure required for our Commercial Sales Division.
Job summary
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow leisure segment revenue across key international and domestic markets
- Identify new market opportunities partnerships and distribution channels to expand brand presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents tour operators wholesalers and online travel partners
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer insights to drive informed commercial decisions
- Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure seamless strategy execution
- Represent the resort at industry events trade shows and sales missions
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales business development or commercial leadership with strong exposure to the leisure segment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Strong network within the leisure travel trade (international markets preferred)
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication presentation and leadership capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional language i.e. any local / international language is a definite advantage.
- Experience with luxury or resort properties is an advantage
