The team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting implementation and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. In this team our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships supporting presales life cycles and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Senior Manager Finance Transformation & Change Management

Location: Preferred Bengaluru India

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: Post-qualification experience of 1014 years

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager with deep expertise in accounting bookkeeping and financial reporting for large global organizations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial statements compliance with IFRS and leading large-scale change management and transition projects while managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition projects from onshore to offshore ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Drive large-scale change management initiatives including process redesign automation and standardization.
• Oversee accounting bookkeeping and financial reporting processes for global clients.
• Ensure compliance and proficiency in accounting and reporting as per IFRS.
• Work closely with large global companies in the financial reporting domain to deliver accurate and timely results.
• Build and lead high-performing teams fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• 1014 years of post-qualification experience in accounting bookkeeping financial reporting and Finance Transformation.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS-based accounting and reporting.
• Proven track record of working with large global organizations in the financial reporting domain.
• Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of IFRS German GAAP and French GAAP.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in shared services or global delivery models.
• Strong understanding of process automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multi-country transitions and cultural integration.
