What awaits you/ Job Profile
| - Manage monitor and maintain IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) environments.
- Monitor API execution using AWS CloudWatch collecting and analyzing metrics to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Provide operational support for integration solutions ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM ACE and associated middleware.
- Experience in ESQL/OracleDB and Core Java.
- Proficiency in SOAP and REST Web services both exposing and consuming.
- Experience with connectors for databases file handling and MQ integration.
- Knowledge of on-premise and cloud integration.
- Experience in message flows message sets and transformation logic.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage integration solutions.
- Apply ITIL best practices for incidents problem and change management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Perform regular system health checks and maintenance activities.
- Document operational procedures and support processes.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting operations.
- Perform detailed problem analysis to develop effective solutions and preventive measures.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
