What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Manage monitor and maintain IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) environments.
• Monitor API execution using AWS CloudWatch collecting and analyzing metrics to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide operational support for integration solutions ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM ACE and associated middleware.
• Experience in ESQL/OracleDB and Core Java.
• Proficiency in SOAP and REST Web services both exposing and consuming.
• Experience with connectors for databases file handling and MQ integration.
• Knowledge of on-premise and cloud integration.
• Experience in message flows message sets and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage integration solutions.
• Apply ITIL best practices for incidents problem and change management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Perform regular system health checks and maintenance activities.
• Document operational procedures and support processes.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting operations.
• Perform detailed problem analysis to develop effective solutions and preventive measures.

Must have technical skill

• Hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
• Proficiency in managing and administering middleware environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience in ITIL Tools like ServiceNow BMC Remedy or relevant Incident Management tool
• Understand Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira Confluence or similar agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Domain background in Financial Services/banking.

Good to have skills

• Certification in IBM IIB.
• Experience with API management tools such as IBM API Connect.
• Experience with other middleware technologies like IBM MQ.
