Training Developer

• Analyzing and determining technical training needs procedures and programs for selected groups
• Ensuring consistent application of training standards
• Planing evaluating organizing and developing training curricula and materials to meet specific training needs in the enhancement of existing programs
• Facilitating training during introduction of new courses
• Researching outside training resources
• Maintaining record of training activities and participant progress assisting in the monitoring of the effectiveness of the programs
• Staying abreast of new training methods and may determine relevancy to the current training curricula
• Providing instruction and guidance to trainers
