Skills:

MUST be able to do PL/SQL Analysis as well as PL/SQL development.
MUST be able to code & not just use ETL tools to upload data into the Oracle database; need to be able to explain each block chain of code and how to process/transfer transaction data to the Oracle database using PL/SQL code ONLY vs using ETL tools.
MUST have good PL/SQL coding experience and be able to explain each PL/SQL block clearly with examples.
