Each NOW boutique uses canvas draping to separate therapy spaces creating an airy feeling that adds to the soothing atmosphere. Natural wood surfaces and exposed beams are coupled with sheep skins cactus galleries and crystal grids. All the elements are aligned to form the ultimate zen environment for optimum relaxation. The NOW is designed as a refuge to help you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within. We are where you go to turn down the noise so you can listen to what your body needs. We offer a space to escape the daily pressures of life and recharge your energy and spirit through the healing benefits of massage therapy.

We focus on delivering a spa-like experience but eliminate the exclusivity and cost of a traditional day spa. This means our Massage Therapists can focus on offering high quality healing services without having to manage other job-related duties. Responsibilities:

Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.

Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal Sports Stretching Techniques etc.)

Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.

Full and Part-Time positions available.

Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy that possess the right qualities as well as demonstrate innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.

Requirements:

Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.

License/certification required in state of practice. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.

Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.

Excellent guest service skills.

Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights weekends and holidays.

Availability for at least one PM and one weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift).

Physical demands of the job include:

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.

Must be able to bend stoop squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping standing sitting walking repetitive motions bending climbing listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
